If a Moderator is not present you will need to do the following:

1 - Use the mute feature so you no longer see what they type
2 - Take a screen image of the offending chat content
3 - Email the image to the moderators

Then go into paint and paste in the image

The save the image as a JPG or JPEG else flyordie won't accept them (because they will be too big)

You should describe what happened in some detail and you have to subject the e-mail correctly.  Please include the game and room number, and a link to the offenders info, if possible.

Then, using the reporting form, attach your screenshot, and send it in.
