pfft, I tried that and got nothing back but a blank e-mail. Then I tried again and they gave me this link which didn't help me one bit. I stopped trying now because I can't be ars..errmmm bothered and I think I'll have to subscribe another nick now :( Hope you have better luck with it than I did.
