When you use the leveling up thing and put P/S at 1 you only can equip lvl 1 P/S items? I though it went as your exp level. My Question: Do you equip a weapon based of Weapon skill level or exp level? The larkinor guide bases it on Weapon level
you can only use a weapon (properly) based on the lowest of your exp lvl or your weapon lvl. --jason
if you try to use a weapon that is higher lvl than either your weapon or exp lvl, you will receive serious "damage penalties" (if the weapon says max 20, scatter 3, it might only do max 10, scatter 3... or possibly worse). --jason
