I thought we can a few comments by looking at the moster population map.
1. monster population either remain same or increases from west to east.
2. population increase happens 120k->150k->300k->500k there are two exceptions to this west port with 60k and north of lake 250k. 500k blocks are adjacent to 300k or 1mil. blocks.
Do you think of any other?

When I was originally determining the potential location of the RC, I worked with the assumption that the RC would be the highest (1mil) square and the squares had higher numbers based on how close they were to the RC.

Of course, now that you mention it, the straight increase from west to east looks entirely plausible. This sadly leads to the conclusion that there are 2 more 1mil blocks (10279, 10314) and a unknown jump in monster counts on 10349.

I think (hope) that the increase is consistent at 120-150-250-300-500-1mil, with the singular exception of the lake-150-300 jump (technically the lake should have been 150 and the next square 250, though I'm just as happy for 100k less monsters).

The only way to really know for certain what's going on on the island is to clear more squares so we can see the numbers on the hidden squares. I do like the idea that 10349 doesn't have any monsters, just a teleport or a clone factory that we could destroy to halt invasions. So I'm going to hold onto that hope for the next three years until we get that 1mil square cleared

Good job with drawing this map, zmr08 .
What I would like to point out - 10313, 10314, 10278, 10279, 10243 are the same number of steps away from top 300k block and 1M block, which means ther are doubtly to be RC blocks - which just goes according to the current theory.
I honestly doubt there's 1M block on 10279 - more like 500k I think (same 2 steps away 10349).
Even more, taking into consideration that we have 250k block same number of steps away from 10349 with 150k block, makes me think that 10314 has 750k (so if we would hypothetically go towards RC from Northern port but not Southern, we would have to clear 100k more monsters first, but later - 250k less; in addition it would take 1 more additional square to be cleared as the path from northern port towards RC is 1 square longer than from southern nearest port, which means additional ~120 monsters [1M-750k=250k. 250k-150k=100k. 100k+120k=220k which is almost 250k, thus northern path would have just 30k less monsters while we'd approach RC, but it would be 1 square longer]; also note how lake is located - so if we started from north but decided to approach RC from southern part (the way we are doing now) it would take considerable time to force our way around that lake). At least that's the only way I can explain this 250k block mistery.

My guess for unexplored blocks are so,
sea----150000
sea----120000-120000
120000-120000-120000-120000
120000-120000-120000
120000-120000-120000-120000
120000-120000-120000-120000-120000--150000
120000-120000-150000-150000-150000--300000--500000
120000-120000-150000-250000--300000--500000--500000
120000-120000---lake-----lake-----500000-1000000-b.10349mystery
120000-120000---lake----150000--300000--500000

*italic, underlined numbers are guesses.

It is probably more likely b.10314 to have 750k monsters as TCA NightWalker suggests. b.10349 is a total mystery for me, it could be 1M or totally exception block.

Assuming that monster population of blocks around RC would be symmetric, my guess for unexplored blocks are,
sea----150000
sea----120000-120000
120000-120000-120000-120000
120000-120000-120000
120000-120000-120000-120000

120000-120000-150000-150000-150000--300000--500000
120000-120000-150000-250000--300000--500000--1000000
120000-120000---lake-----lake-----500000-1000000-RC
120000-120000---lake----150000--300000--500000

So my guess; there are 2,490,000 monsters at the unexplored blocks.
