Hello ppl I'm new to the forum site. I have a problem using my account to play snooker. I can log in ok but when it normally goes to the loading screen before you enter where you'll normally get some kind of ad you can skip in 5 seconds, but now all I get is "game is loading please wait a few seconds" with no ads in the box, nothing to click or press to continue. But if I "play as a guest" it will work no problem? Never had this trouble before. If any one can help will be much appreciated

I had a similar issue when I subscribed to FoD, I would sign in, the screen was awful looking and if I signed in as a guest, everything was fine.
No mod ever got back to me {I posted in the mod forums}. I would post your problem in the "technical forum" as it seems you have a problem with the site working properly.
