won fod tourny no vip.....

i won a fod tourney few days ago and i dont hav vip...
and result is oficial
i kno u dont get prizes if u hav demerit..
and i had a temporary ban few months ago..
would that be why? :|
if yes is there anything i can do to get vip next time? :|

i think it takes a few days to come so wait a few more days and see if it does. if not could be the temp im not sure
