Time and time again I have the same problem. FOD telling me I need to update my java. It is updated to the newest java and I have no luck with these games. I try earlier versions of java and still no luck. My problems with Java only occur on THIS site. Please explain why I keep having the same problems.

main reason you have issues with java on this site and not other sites is cause they don't actually use java.
I am having the same trouble When I used the older jre-1.16 it worked fine . Now after I followed instructions and went to the Oracle site to upgrade I cannot get either to work . What is the server looking for ?
I am using Puppy linux on an older Dell netbook with intel -core chip
oracle website should run a test to check your version of java,it will have a pop up box to click allow then will check the version. if oracle can't detect java neither can flyordie.If it passes the version check then it should work if not then might have to reinstall it.
