My PC keeps shutting down with out me telling it to. If I am playing a game or doing something it will shut down. By shutting down I mean blank screen and then restarts again. I have tried replacing the RAM I have one stick of 512MB and when i tried that the computer didn't show any movement on screen. Also when i replaced the graphics card the same thing happened the computer sounds normal but it wont show anything on the screen. do you think that the RAM and the graphics card are faulty?

The behavious you havce described is similar to a widespread Virus that was designed to shut down PC's that ran it. Grab yerself some Antivirus software and some spyware swatters, then clean out the beasties in yer machine :D
Maybe look for help on a pc special web site, as u might get more help or trying searching for that virus that veriac was talking about on www.symantec.com knowledge base.
It may not be a virus as there are many causes for random PC rebooting. Any idea what make, model & wattage your PSU (Power Supply Unit) is?
