I just "lost" a go game because the computer was unable to calculate the territory.  We both passed.  I was about 40 ahead but because I had one mass of territory and there was not a continuous line of stones across the board, it didn't "read" my big chunk.

Anyway if you end up with a huge one-piece of territory, make sur eyou have sontes on both sides touching the edge.
