players not showing true grade

i accepted a challenge from a player called Elisan their grade was 0 looked at their info and in last 10 games they won 9 v players rated higher why did the grade show 0?i refused to play them (went to lobby) as they wouldnt answer my query i believe they have fixed their score to appear weaker moderators please view Elisan recent info and act accordingly

points go down 1 per day so they won 8matches didnt play for a few months they will have 0 points.
i dont play chess much and most the time i have 0 points unless i play a few games.

As whiteghost3 says, there is a system to automatically take off a point every day to force players to maintain their points. While it's probably a good thing that nobody to get to to (say) 1000 points and stay there forever, it does produce some anomolies. I occasionally play 5" chess (usually 1") and have sometimes found that my 5" grade has gone to zero which is misleading for opponents to say the least.
