Not sure what to say. There are so many things it could be. My 2 cents, for what it's worth, is to try deleting all your temporary Java files to force a reload of the FlyorDie Java code. For a Windows PC with Sun Java, this goes as follows:
Close all programs.
Open Control Panel.
Open the "Java" icon.
In the "General" tab, press the "Delete Files..." button.
Press the OK button when Java asks you to confirm your intention to delete Downloaded Applets, Downloaded Applications and Other Files.
