Please someone tell me how to activate the mute. I assume it is to eliminate those annoying comments in the chat box. I hit the button on the bottom left but still get the hecklers. I assue they use other computers otherwise they wouldn't have the time to gab. Thank you.

First you need to select the player you wish to mute from the player list. Then press the mute button or press alt+m on the keyboard. There are also buttons like "mute non-subscribers" which will mute all non-subscribers as the name suggests with one click (or pressing alt+n on keyboard). OP
