The new rule is good but the blue team should be able to win with a goal difference of 1. Because play starts from red team and when red team makes one miss, the difference becomes 1 only whereas if blue makes a mistake, difference becomes 2.

The red team obviosly still has some advantage.

Though if red team misses one, and blue does not miss, blue will still win on the 9th goal rule, even if there is no 2 goal difference.

But still that sounds a bit unfair to the blue team. Is there no way to make it blue team can win on a 1 goal difference and red on 2 goal difference?
Also cant draw be declared if nobody loses any shot and reaches 9, then it will be better. Like in chess the draw will give little points to the weaker team for making that draw with a stronger opponent, and the stronger one wont lose too many points either.
