why is the payment page "unsecured" . I want to subsribe but as long the page is unsecured i will not put in my mastercard info. Its 2019 , time the secure the page.......

The payment is secure. The "unsecured" warning is shown only on the subscription package chooser package. If you choose a package, the next pages will be loaded using an encrypted connection, so the Unsecured warning will disappear and you can pay safely.
