I was just wondering if anyone can help me out.

I'm struggling with lag almost everytime I try to play billiards games. I have tried everything or so I believe. Basically I've tried every browser known to man, cleared all the history and cookies on each browser, Run about 40 scans, Disabled every other program running on my Laptop at the time which is only 2 years old and works perfect for other games. I run fibre optic internet with 70mb download and 15 upload, Even tried an ethernet cable literally at a loss at what the issue could be which limits me from playing. Certain days I can play not have any issue at all except for the game booting me for no reason then other days impossible to play with incredible lag. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
