I've noticed (epecially in 9ball) that's theirs almost nobody with a decent rating...(if any) Theres like 10rated ppl on 5refuse to play(high ppl like 300) and the 5 are 30-190 (rating) If you could do anything to make more ppl subscribe or give ppl free rating for a day (higher amount) DUCKY wud appreciate it(y)....am i the only 1 that thinks this?
