An extra end is realistic, other than that a draw to the button to decide a winner.

In a game that is 4 ends or more - I think it should automatically default to an extra end.

Good idea. Something like "longer games = more realistic, so let them finish and be counted as more realistic". 

Shorter games, let them be speedy all the way through and end in a tie.
