Where can I find the rules about the way of counting When I (137 pnts) play 10 ends (249 points) and lose 8-11 I lost 10 points. When I play 4 ends (120) against (0) and its 2-2 I lose 6 points

You might have a good reason to think that the losing player should win points, but that is not how it works here. Thank you for your feedback.
I don't know very much about anything, but you NEVER gain pts with a loss. Also if you draw against lower rated player you will lose pts.
