I have noticed that no VIP's have been given this year for tournament finishes. A glitch or a new policy?

VIP's this year?
Does fixed soon mean for future tournaments or will recent tournament placings still receive their VIP's?
NotJohnShuster who recently finished 1st & 2nd is still waiting on his Vip but there was no glitch earlier funnily enough taking my money for my yearly sub, makes you wonder.
