If you have three dots on the dice, can you move back down to 2 or 1? Also, to set ends and skins, do you need to be 3-6 on dice?

You can not move back down, and you have to be 3+ to set ends and skins. They are not dice. You dont see 7, 8, or 9 on real dice.
Actually, you can move down, if you get banned you can lose all your dots. That's why it is better to behave properly and play by the rules. victory
