Haven't been on to play in a while and the first game I get is with some yahoo that lost really fast and then refused to pass and score and kept offering a draw. (boeingjets). I sent in a report but how come you can't refuse the draw? It let me do it the first time but not the second?

I haven't encountered a lot of cheaters so I wasn't aware they can just keep requesting a draw and block the game from being scored.
