I played him yesterday, and he is a cheater. He marks stones dead that are not, he plays by time, and I'm not sure how, but our game ended in draw when we kept passing and rejecting. I just wanted to report him, not sure how this works :/

Yes, he try to annoy opponent and play inside my territory that i waste more time marking his stones as dead. He passes, when mark my live groups as dead, i decline. And i need to go inside my territory (his have no space to go without suicide). I had much more territory than he does, so his tactics doesnt work (he begin to kill his own groups). It's a cheating and trolling and he must be banned.
