How to find NEWBIE players!

I'm new at this and need to learn by playing with other new players online instead of just getting beaten by someone!  I also need to have a partner who speaks English. 

How can I FIND a new player to this game on here???

A "new" player will have a rating of --- or ~.  Although, be careful, these can be experienced players who have a new nickname.

Be sure to check out the Practice Rooms, these are not rated.

The only way to learn this game is with a player in person. The is just too much to learn without somebody to explain it to you. Good Luck anyway
