masterman, u need to go too the best leaugue which is www.myleague.com/pcle and go on free signup in the top left hand corner. When u have activated ur account, go to tournament calender and look for a tournament which will be taking place on that day, click on it and then register in the tournament. Then all u hav to do is be in the room and time it requests and wait for the round to start.
